Columbia Eagles Hockey Club
Welcome to the 2023-2024 Columbia Eagles Hockey Club season. There is much to do before we officially hit the ice in September. The first step is to get all players registered so that we can get equipment ordered and collect the funds so that we can pay league fees for our teams.
As part of this registration process, you will be asked for equipment sizes, please do not guess as we do not want players wearing incorrect sizes. Only select a size/fit if you are 100% certain, otherwise select ‘to be fitted’ and we will schedule another fitting.
This will be the second year that we are utilizing crossbar for club registration. Our goal is to make the process smoother from year to year, so if you have any recommendations on the registration process after completing, please reach out to Coach Lalk so we can improve for next season.
We are a club of volunteers and are looking for more volunteers to get involved. Whether you would be interested in joining the board, helping with fundraising or game day duties, please reach out to myself or one of the board members.

Crossbar Account
If you have not done already on the Columbia Hockey Club website, you will need to create an account on the website. You will then need to add player as a participant.
Please verify that under the players profile all parents and the player have an account and are listed under the players profile. This will allow all family members to have access to the appropriate team schedule (you can connect to your personal calendar) and to receive all team communication.
After registered, have all family members download the crossbar app in order to receive team messages.
USA HOCKEY REQUIREMENT
Each player must be registered with USA Hockey for the 2023-2024 season
Click the link below and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number. The same number can be used if you have already registered for another club.
MVCHA participates under Missouri hockey so you will select Missouri as the state participating in.

Acceptance of the following documents below will be requested during registration. CHC and CHS handbooks have not been updated for the 2023-2024 and we will provide updated once they are ready.
2023-24 MVCHA Season
Registration for the 2023/2024 Columbia Eagles Hockey Club MVCHA Season. Registration is open to all players living in Columbia, Illinois with the 2010 birth year through players beginning their senior year. The total season fee is $1300 with a $100 deposit requested at the time of registration. You will then be given the option to pay the season fee in full or six monthly payments of $200. These $200 payments will occur 8/1/23, 9/1/23, 10/1/23, 11/1/23, 12/1/23, 1/1/24.
